BEKAFIX ULTRA
Profiled tubular posts for medium-high security panels.

Benefits

Bekafix Ultra post combines the features and benefits of standard Bekafix posts with added strength and corrosion resistance in extreme environments. Bekafix Ultra can be combined with multi-lift panels up to 4 metres, for standard panels, and 3 metres for small aperture panels such as Securifor.

• Rigid and strong - increased wall thickness makes it perfect for high and heavy panels.
• Create Angles from 90° to 180° with the same post
• Discrete fixing system - lateral fixing negates the use of clamp bars or brackets on the attack side of the fence
• Off-the-shelf additional extras for non-standard applications. Base plates or bent arms are available from stock.
• Concrete plates are easily installed without the need for plate holders. 

H-Profile adds security

• Fixing mechanisms are safely tucked behind the H-profile to protect against tampering
• Central holes every 15 cm, for fixing special metal security clips with bolts or base plates.
• Sleeves on both sides of the post
• Pre-punched holes for positioning and fixing panels with fixing clips.
• Cross-section of post: 70 x 44 mm.
• Wall thickness: 1.75 mm

Accessories

Accessories are the same as the Bekafix standard post, except metallic fixators for combination with Nylofor 3D[+] | 3DXL | 2D | F panels which are different:

• Optional stainless steel bolts and shear-off nuts add further protection against tampering.
• Spider fixators for Securifor panels.
• Bekafix installation plier (not needed for spider fixators).
• Base plate for installation on tiles or concrete.
• Single or bent double arms for additional security toppings.

Plinth compatibility

Bekafix Ultra posts are easily installed on PVC plates or concrete plinths with no additional accessories. See our dimension recommendations here: Baseplate compatibility.

It is important to ensure that no stagnant water is inside the post.

Coating technique and colours

Coating
Profiles formed from Magnelis® steel and coated with a polyester powder coating (minimum 60 microns).

Colours
Standard range: Green RAL 6005, Anthracite RAL 7016, Black RAL 9005, White RAL 9010
Other colours available on request, subject to minimum order quantities.
Posts are supplied with green caps for RAL 6005 posts and white caps for RAL 9010 posts. All other colours are supplied with black caps.
