Our cantilever gates are available in 4 different versions

Our Robusta SC cantilever sliding gates are available with following executions :

• Manual gate: our cantilever sliding door is designed for manual operation and will be fitted with a standard foreseen lock. Opening direction can be reversed on site at the time of installation.

• Motorisable gate: this gate is designed for the installation of an external motor later onwards. A premounted dental rack on the underbeam is provided, and holes are provided for the passage of wiring.

• Motorised gate (fully automatic): with our exclusive partnership FAAC, we can offer you a gate that is factory fitted with an external motor and all necessary safety items and operating items. The gate is delivered fully pre-wired, and ready to operate. We offer two types here: motorisation for normal usage and motorisation for intensive usage. You'll determine your model by the number of opening cycles/day your gate should operate

All of our cantilever sliding doors are supplied with a guiding post and lock post in single or double version. The post baseplate is built in order to receive the motor on.

Configuration depends on your gate dimension and configuration. Please see table below for further details.

Gate wing

• Welded frame
• Standard tubular infill welded at 90° with 110 mm space (other infills possible as an option)
  • With R2000 underbeam: 25x25 mm
  • With R2800 underbeam: 30x30 mm
• 2 sized of under-beam are used according to the length of your gate and the chosen model

Gate motorisation

Your sliding gate can be motorized with 2 different motors, depending on your use:

- Normal use: 500 line = FAAC Motor 746 C --> Only possible on gates R2000 up to 9 meters width

- Intensive use: 1000 Line = FAAC Motor 844 C --> All widths can be equipped with this motor

Access control of your motorised sliding gate

The motorized versions of your cantilever sliding gate can be equipped with a 500 line or 1000 line motor, which also comprises the FAAC motor and its control unit and :

- 3 active pressure strips: contact with the pressure strips automatically reverses the movement of the gate,

- 2 sets of photocells: the passage of the gate is monitored by two pairs of photocells as it closes. Activation will automatically reverse the movement of the gate.

- 2 remote controls: these are 2 channels and the system can accept up to 128 remote controls

- 1 warning light: a warning light is on when the gate is opening/closing

CE Marked

Robusta gates are CE marked according to the European regulation: Construction products regulations (CPR) (EU-305/2011) and type tested according to standard EN 13241-1 for industrial, commercial, garage doors and gates.

Coating technique and colours

Robusta SC sliding gates are protected by the best coating process currently available: galvanizing inside and out (min. thickness 275 g/m², 2 sides combined), followed by a (double) polyester coating (min. thickness of the layer: 100 microns).

Installation kit

Betafence proposes you to buy with your gate a full kit of drilling templates to ease the installation and win a lot of time. Thanks to these drilling templates kit, you'll be able to realise your concrete base where guiding and reception posts will be placed, without any mistake. Your anchor positioned, just wait for Betafence delivery truck which will install your gate directly on it.
