The system combines a heavy steel jersey barrier with high-security fencing infills to provide crash-tested vehicle stopping performance without permanent foundations.

Publifor® HVM is a modular flexible barrier system consisting of:
Steel jersey barrier base units
Vertical and horizontal steel posts

Base units can be filled on site to increase mass and friction while remaining transportable when empty.

Up to 25 m installed in approximately 1 hour
Easy to dismantle, relocate and reconfigure

The unique tooth & pin connection system mechanically links each unit, maintaining barrier continuity even after impact.
A rubber layer beneath the base units increases friction during impact, improving stopping performance on concrete surfaces.
